charming stay downtown

the location is amazing. i walked three minutes to Piazza Bra and the opera. Another three minutes walk took me to Piazza delle Erbe. The apartment was spacious. it was VERY clean and beautiful too.
i noticed SOME cold floors, especially during the evening. it might be difficult for families with smaller children. this aspect needs attention.

this hotel is located just off the main shopping street. the receptionists were super friendly and offered good recommendations. the location is very central, a short walk from all the attractions. we were able to check in early, a real plus.
I was expecting a bit more given the price. they claim to have parking, but they don't actually have any. we had to use city parking about 15 minutes away from the hotel. breakfast was disappointing. It was a bag with items like you would buy from a vending machine.

I had some issues . The breakfast was disappointing. It was just pre-packaged items in a bag. I was also frustrated by the parking situation. The hotel advertises parking. I had to use a public lot quite far away. The air conditioning was too cold for me and my husband
